Planning In My Close To My Heart Planner

I finally got the chance to play with my Close To My Heart planner. :-D There is a special bundle this month and for $29.95 (15% off savings), you can get all of these:

Anyway, here are some pics of my planner that I will be using for my Reset Girl Lists. There are also sneak peeks of the promo for January. We will be having Picture My Life Cards that will coordinate with the planners.

Click here for more details on the planner and the accessories that go with it!

The inks I used for stamping are Thistle, and Black Memento Ink (for the mouse and sentiment). I colored the mouse with Close To My Heart Watercolor Pencils. The mouse is from Animal Greetings, an Operation Smile stamp set. The bunting and Happy New Year greeting is from the November Stamp Of The Month (retired). The stickers are Zoe Complements.

Watch out for more planner decorating in the coming weeks!

My Reset Girl List For December 1-12

Christmas is a special time for me. I made a mini album to write all my Reset Girl Lists in. The mini album base is a chipboard book from Bo Bunny. I used the Yuletide paper pack and embellishments from We R Memory Keepers, and White Pines Picture My Life Cards. I added some red tulle, gold eyelash fibers and Sequins Gold Assortment to finish off the simple look of my mini album. :-)

I am actually done with my December list mini album, but still have to take pics when the weather gets better. Stay tuned!

A Happy December With My Plum Paper Planner

I feel like I finally have planner peace. Ohmmmm.... My newest planner from Plum Paper made it possible. I added an Erin Condren cover, a DIY planner band in peacock blue, black and silver and a charm that my friend Rebecca made and voila! Planner peace.

Here's my December tab page. The paper is from Graphic 45.

I used stickers from Close To My Heart's Yuletide Carol, some Hobby Lobby washi and stickers, Gold Shimmer Trim from Close To My Heart and a Santa MT washi. The stamps are from Atelier Dreams and Papertrey Ink, stamped with pigment ink from Close To My Heart.

That's it for now... thank you for joining me in my journey towards planner pace!

Second Part Of The November Planner Challenge

Day 8: Sunday spread. I have a horizontal Plum Paper Planner and I was too excited to get it, so I started decorating for December.

Day 9: Office Supplies Day 10: Favorite Pen. I highly recommend these pens, and I can't play favorites with them!

Day 11: Pocket. Here's what's currently in the pocket of my Plum Paper Planner:

Day 12: Current Obsession. Erin Condren Covers.
Day 13: Planner Video Tour--to be added. If I'm unable to, then I will just share it in the Facebook groups I'm in. Those ladies are kind and will understand the Blair Witch Project cinematography. Day 14 and 15: Appointment and My Writing. I used a stamp from Atelier Dreams (etsy). I drew that eye.

Day 16: Glitter. Let me share what set me back from posting in my planner blog all these time. I blame pocket letters. :-D Here's a couple that I made, inspired by Studio 54.

Day 17: Stamp. I use stamps from Papertrey Ink, Atelier Dreams, Heidi Swapp, and Close To My Heart.
Day 18: I hope I never run out of stationery!
Day 19: My workspace
Day 20: What's in my work pencil cases.

Day 21: Note

November Planner Challenge!

It has been MONTHS since I last posted, but life got busy for me with work, swaps, and even vacation. I am now the proud owner of 7 planners. :-D Here's the info on the challenge that I am doing right now for this month. I am hoping to finish all the days and stick with it!

Day 1: Planner stack...Top to bottom, left to right: Black Finsbury Personal, Black Kate Spade Wellesley, Malden Ochre Personal, Malden Ochre A5, Plum Paper Planner, Heidi Swapp Planners...

Day 2: Storage...I bought this tackle box from The Container Store so I could lug my planner supplies around the house.

Day 3: Dashboard...From Erin Condren. In remembrance of Paris.

Day 4: Sticky Notes...Gotta love them! I bought some Little B stickies when they were on sale, and shopped around some more. Paperchase has the most beautiful of sticky notes...gotta have them too! While shopping at Ikea and Marshalls, I saw some more pretties. :-D

Day 5: Quotable. I love Erin Condren covers!

Day 6: Gold. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Day 7: Cards. These are some samples from Close To My Heart's White Pines collection. You will see them more when I do my December Reset Girl list. They are vertical on one side and horizontal on the other. I love them all!

Watch out for my post on the remaining days of this challenge! Thanks for visiting!

My Aqua and Light Pink Craft Room/Office

Hubby had the most brilliant idea the other day, one that I had been suggesting to him all these years; to turn our guest room into my crafting space. He was wonderful enough to build my Kallax unit from Ikea, and call Scrapbook.com to order my paper organizer while I was sleeping. He also painted and built my beadboard. I now have an amazing place where my favorite colors can exist together.

Let me take you for a tour...

I hung my mulberry flowers, Prima stamps and Tim Holtz embellishments on the beadboard. To keep it from looking like a store display, I added some of my favorite items on some of the hooks, like the gigantic paperclips and the aqua-colored butterfly that I got from an online swap. I keep my embellishments, lace, Tim Holtz dies, embossing folders, and shimmer sprays in a black dresser from Ashley furniture.

More teal and shades of peacock blue from my table runner and Steampunk hat...

Respect the Raskog cart! It houses more mulberry flowers and some art supplies and pens on top.

Here's my Chinoiserie-style piano desk in black lacquer and mother-of-pearl...Above it is a print that ties all the colors in the room quite nicely.

I keep my Cricut cartridges in an armoire from Overstock.com. I placed some 3D papercrafts inside it because they make me smile.

My Kallax cubes from Ikea hold my paper packs, loose paper, some of my stamps and paper punches. The decorative boxes contain my embellishments and more stamps. I have several plastic bins in the closet, but they are kept out of sight.

This is where I plan my day, and dream...

This room is like a love letter from hubby. He knows that this is something that will make me happy, and he made it happen.
