Yes, I am feeling productive here. Don't look too closely at some entries in my lists because they are silly. I like being silly when I'm not working. :-D
So, what's on your list?
Decrate your planners, smile and be happy!

Reset Girls' Lister's Gotta List, June 10-14
I try to finish my lists in advance because of work. I made my own oranges using my Spellbinder's dies and a Cuttlebug embossing folder. :-) I notice that I sure use a lot of washi in my pages. Here are my lists. Enjoy!

Ariel, The Pocket Letter
I have been making some Disney Princess pocket letters, and I draw and color everything by hand, so it actually is time-consuming. Hubby once commented that I seem to be working too hard to have some fun. lol!
I used everything K&CO for the background. My Pocket Letter Pals plan to frame Ariel, so I still wanted to make a nice background so the pocket letter won't look too empty when they take her out. I also added some metallic ink to make her hair shimmer.
So here goes the beautiful Ariel in her multiple backgrounds...

Lister's Gotta List...The First Nine Days Of June
I have been too busy making pocket letters to prettify my planner, but I got motivated to do the Reset Girl's Challenge. I had a lot of fun playing with my Crush Book (Close To My Heart's Smash Book), and making informal collages of my lists. So here, it goes, my first Crush entries...
I intentionally left some spaces for June the 3rd so I could fill the page up with pictures of me as a kid. The paper with the lemon print is actually a folder for guess what? More pictures, of course!
I think I found a new addiction.

An Affordable Insert For My Malden
I thought I found planner peace when I put my Papertrey Ink planner inside my A5 Malden...NOT. After a couple of months, I discovered that while having a daily entry is a wonderful idea, it does not work for me. I was happier with a monthly and weekly view. I also decided that I want to start journaling, and will just put asterisks on the days when I make a journal entry in my monthly view. I don't want to feel like I am obliged to journal everyday either. In some days, I just sleep to recover from a grueling work day. It would seem like I did practically nothing while I slept, but in reality, rest is an essential for my being effective and efficient in living and enjoying my life.
I saw these cuties while out shopping for car batteries with hubby at WalMart. The planner is mid-year with a July start and costs only around $5.00, while the address book was around $7.00. I decided to get them both, after all, if I was willing to spend $40 on a PTI planner that I was unsatisfied with, then why not spend a few bucks on a cheaper planner that could possibly give me peace?
The lack of planner peace kept me away from my beautiful PTI/Malden planner and focus, among other things, on pocket letters, but those will be entries for another day.
Here's my Wal-Mart find, giving my Malden a trendy look.
I added some Heidi Swapp Project Life cards and Love embellishment, a Heidi Swapp circles sticker, a sticky notepad from Recollections, my Target pen, my Pilot Hi-Tech Maica fine gel pen, a homemade large flower paper clip, and some Betsey Johnson clothespins, and voila! My Malden turned into something I would love showing off again. :-D I was quite happy that the address book coordinated well with my Betsey Johnson cosmetic bag.
Who would have ever guessed that a $5 Wal-Mart find could make my heart skip a beat?

Cinderella Pocket Letter
I am not a Disney fan nor am I into princesses. I however, love to draw them. I decided to make some Cinderella pocket letters to swap at the Facebook Group. I cut her using my Cricut at 8 1/2". I colored her with Copic markers and drew on her face. Her dress is from DCWV. I added some Diamond Dust on her tiara and choker, and added Stickles and faux pearls using Viva Decor Pearl Pen on her dress. The background pockets were filled with paper from Anna Griffin, and DCWV. I tried to make each letter distinct because I would go crazy if I have to make one of the same thing! lol!
My next princess for next month is Ariel! Do watch out for her!

My First Pocket Letter!
I made some pocket letters to send to my new pocket pals. I used paper from Teresa Collins' Studio Gold, DCWV, and Heidi Swapp. The Gold Polka Dot Washi Tape, Gold Shimmer Trim, Triangle Metal embellishment and all stamps used are from Close To My Heart. I cut some gold glitter cardstock with dies from Spellbinders, and Tim Holtz. The metal embellishments are from JoAnn's, and the word stickers are from Tim Holtz. I also added some Aqua Dots from Close To My Heart on the label holders. The goodies at the back of the ATCs are some of my favorites that I wanted to share with my pocket pals--a piece of Sea Salt Caramel chocolate, a packet of Green Tea, some embellies from Close To My Heart, white Petaloo flowers, some extra die cuts and a Nate Berkus gold paper clip. I will be varying the embellies for the next batches of pocket letters, but the chocolate and the tea will be constants. I would have to come up with a plan B for the summer since the desert heat and chocolates don't play well together.
